1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

DB Digital provides smart home installation services including but not limited to:

Home cinema installation
Audio system installation
TV wall mounting
Home automation systems
Security system installation
Network and Wi-Fi installation
Lighting control systems

3. Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions and any additional requirements discovered during installation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. For larger projects, a deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty

All installation work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or acts of nature. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

6. Liability

DB Digital is fully insured for public liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the work undertaken. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Access and Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the installation area. Any additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions may result in additional charges.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of DB Digital and is protected by copyright law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
